To add travel offers to this site, you need to have a username. Simply click on the top right menu "Agency Login" and become a member by filling out the short form. You will then be contacted by the site administrator, who will enable your account. Any agency from any country in the world can add their offers.
2. How many offers can I upload?
Once you have an enabled username, you can add as many offers as you would like; there is no limitiation.
3. What kind of offers can I upload?
There are several options:
1. Complete Packages: Packages including flight, hotel, etc...
2. Accommodation Only: Only room or hotel offers; no flights included.
3. Camps: Special kite camp offers.
4. Tours: Special tours arranged by an agency.
5. Charters: Kite specific charters of any kind.
4. Who are the users?
The users on this site are from around the world. So, if you offer accommodations only, tours, camps and/or charters, very international customers will read your offer. Therefore, you should write your offer in english. If you want to target customers from a specific country only, you can write your offer in the according language.
5. What does it cost?
Every company can test our service once 3 months for free. After the initial 3 months, you will be contacted by the site administrator. If you choose to continue using our services, you will be charged a small monthly fee. The longer your subscribe to our service, the greater discount you will receive.
6. Taxes
Kitetravel.com is based in Germany. Therefore, we have to charge 16% sales tax to any sales within the European Union, including Germany. If you have an EU tax ID (VAT), then you will not be charged any sales taxes. If you are from outside the EU, you will not be charged taxes.

"Enter your Offer" - Form Questions:
Title: state here the name of the vacation village, area or specific name
Active: Click here if you want your offer to be online immediately; leave it blank if you want to upload the offer to your list first, then activate it at a later date.
Offer ID: Write any internal ID, so your offer can be identified to you more quickly once you are contacted by customers.
Section: Choose the type of package you want to offer.
Departure Country: From which country does the travel commence.
Departure Airport: The city/name of the airport where travel commences.
Description: A more detailed description of your offer.
Included: List the services that are included (e.g. flights, transfer, 13 nights, breakfast, etc...)
Extras: List here extra services which can be booked; you may include prices.
Destination Information: Add a link to your site (offer) with a more detailed description of the destination, hotel, etc... Or, insert a direct link to the beach description from www.kitebeaches.com.
Price: State here the amount charged for your offer. If you have special information about the price - such as taxes, additional charges for different airports, etc..., list these in the "Extras" field.
Departure Date: Select the date when the package commences by clicking on the icon. If the dates of arrival is +/- a day, you may want to indicate this.
Return Date: Select the date when the package LEAVES FROM THE DESTINATION to return "home". You may also want to include the date of arrival, as this may be different.
If you offer "Accommodation Only", then pick the start and end dates when the rooms are available. If dates are open, just write "any". When you want to edit your offer, you need to write in these fields any again or keep the automatic format: 00-00-0000.
Offer valid from: Select the date when you want your offer to be shown on the website. THIS IS A MUST!
Offer valid until: Select the date when you want your offer to end and to disappear from the website. THIS IS A MUST!
Image: You can upload one picture. Upload a nice, eye-catching picture to add to your offer; this will let potential customers see what they can expect. Make sure to select a decent size for the picture; it will not look good if it is oversized (max 700 pixel wide or high)!
Click submit once you are done.
"List your offers" - Offer Administration
In the left navigation you will find this feature.
Once you are logged in, it will show up and give you an overview of all your currently uploaded offers.
This is the administration page for all your offers, both online and offline.
1. Edit an offer Click on the "Title" name and you will get to a form where you can change everything. If you want to replace an old picture with a new one, just click on the bottom and search for a new image on your computer, then submit your change.
2. Copy offer Click this on the right of your offer if you have a very similar offer to add. This click will create a copy which you can edit by clicking the "title".
3. Remove offer Click here if you want an offer to be removed from your list.
4. Online/Offline You can put an offer, which is already on your list, online or offline easily.
Simply click on the offer's "title", as if you want to edit an offer. You will then see the "Active"
checkbox; check it to put an offer online, or click to clear the box if you want it to be offline.
Logout
When you are logged in and you want to log out from this site, simply click on "Agency Login" again, and you will be asked if you want to logout. Click "logout" if you do.
